WP3 Leader
SCN is a non-profit organisation supporting small and medium-sized municipalities, institutions, and research organizations in preparing proposals for European funding and developing sustainable energy projects.
Key Contributions in ESCALATE:
WP1: Contributing to project management, committees, and reporting.
WP3: Leading the feedback loop (T3.3) to assess the quality of technical support, capacity-building, and awareness-raising activities.
WP4: Leading working groups and contributing to policy recommendations and public outreach activities.
WP5: Participating in communication and dissemination efforts.
Local Support: Assisting the development of local Heating & Cooling plans in Greece and organizing related events.
