WP2: Participating in training regional energy agencies to become effective Heating & Cooling planners.
Local Engagement: Developing a pilot Heating & Cooling plan with nearby municipalities in Poland.
Feedback: Providing feedback on ESCALATE’s capacity-building materials.
Regional Networking: Activating a wide network of stakeholders in Poland to disseminate project results and raise awareness.
