Project Coordinator & WP1 Leader
IREES specialises in sustainable energy and resource management, with a focus on new technologies, energy-intensive industries, and the building sector. With interdisciplinary teams from energy technology, economics, and social sciences, IREES works on overcoming market barriers and developing energy strategies at various levels.
Key Contributions in ESCALATE:
WP1: Leading overall project management and coordination.
WP2: Supporting capacity-building efforts, including developing the Heating & Cooling (H&C) plan methodology and templates.
WP3: Assisting in the setup of regional support structures, particularly in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
Engagement: Providing technical assistance and guidelines for engaging energy communities and consumer-led initiatives in heating and cooling projects.
